The Incident of the Broken Palm of Goth" is the representative masterpiece of Eichi, who won the 3rd Benga Prize for Speculative Fiction. It consists of six independent short stories, "Darkness", "The Incident of the Broken Palm", "Dogs", "Memory", "Earth", and "Voices", in which the main characters are two goths, me and my female classmate Morino Yoriyasu. They pursue a series of bizarre cases that happened around them, and even visit the crime scenes themselves to get a chance to get closer to death than the dead, and through this, they can peep into the inner world of the murderer. Six murder stories bring readers not only thrilling horror sensory stimulation, but also on human nature, the depth of life thinking and enlightenment.
